I have a Bmus(hons) from Birmingham University and have a PGCE in primary school music from Exeter.

I play the French Horn and piano and have a lot of experience of playing in different ensembles.

I worked with PuppetCraft (a touring puppet theatre) as musician and puppeteer for many years and have done some illustration work.

I have worked with SaMM from soon after my daughter started attending and now take a recorder group and Junior Ensemble. I believe that at every level children should have the opportunity of broadening and deepening their skills in a meaningful way, across all genres and learn to use them with others to work towards a musical outcome.
